PWI is cognizant that a well-informed and pro-active constituency base is vital in achieving its mission. Thus, PWI is also involved in extensive and strategic networking and coordination with other NGO’s, business groups, government agencies, media and policymakers.

Active procurement monitoring, public fora, roundtable discussions, workshops, technical assistance to government, research papers, publications and media releases are part of PWI’s main arsenal in the war against graft and corruption. PWI believes that in exposing inefficiencies in policies and procedures in public procurement, and by presenting alternatives based on well-grounded research, PWI would be able to push reforms that create more opportunities for public bidding and corruption in government procurement.
